Online Workshop: Writing a Restaurant Business Plan     

Join us for this workshop on writing a restaurant business plan. In this session, we will guide you step-by-step through the process of creating a comprehensive and persuasive plan for your restaurant venture. The major areas we will be touching on will be concepts, target market, competitive analysis, operations, training and staffing and suppliers. We will also be reviewing briefly financials and projections as well as loyalty programs. The following week (August 10, 2023) we will be focusing specifically on a key component of the business plan: Writing a Restaurant Marketing Plan. Please check the website for more information.

Presenter Heather Turner is a Merrimack Valley Certified SCORE mentor. She spent twenty years cooking professionally and in 2003 started her own business (with the assistance of a SCORE mentor). She currently teaches social media and marketing for small businesses and mentors and co-mentors in the chapter for marketing and social media for startup businesses and for existing businesses who need some help and guidance in the digital age.
