Join us for session 1 of this 2-day workshop for Governing Boards.
This session will provide a basic understanding of your utility by learning what is meant by Technical, Managerial, and Financial Capacity to effectively operate your utility.
- Learn basic regulatory requirements, public health and environmental protection responsibilities, and customer expectations.
- Understand the role of your governing board and other local officials in building and sustaining ‘Capacity’.
