(Setup/teardown times included, 11:30am-2:30pm)
Purpose of Event
A win-win-win event...
- Vendors/Providers have the opportunity to share resources with Hospital Case Managers, Social Workers and Discharge Planning support staff.
- Hospital staff are able to gather resources and eduactional information, while obtaining Continuing Education Credits.
- Proceeds from the booth fees will be used to support low income patients in need.
CEU's: 1 CEU credit TO BE approved by CCMC for Case Managers and this is an approved body for Oregon Social Workers.
Resource Fair Agenda
11:30am Vendors arrive, check-in and set up
12:00-2:00pm Event, Vendor Fair
2:00pm Door prize give away
2:00-2:30pm Event ends, vendors tear down

- Marketing, FULL table (Retirement Connection Sponsors Only) - $250
- Marketing ONLY, 1/2 table - $150
