We are excited to bring you the 10th Annual State of The Latino Community Address (SOLCA): The Power of Belonging, Shifting Mindsets, and Transforming Communities! The State of the Latino Community Address is Los Cien's largest annual attended conversation of the year. Over 550 people gather at Sonoma State University to listen to subject matter experts and keynote speakers who delve deep into local issues and how they impact the Latinx community. This year we are diving deep into the power of belonging, shifting mindsets and transforming communities! Join us and be part of the necessary change to move Sonoma County forward.

COVID HEALTH & SAFETY
We will be implementing and following the COVID-19 safety protocols established by Sonoma State University. Masks will be optional but will be strongly encouraged and provided at check in.

Estamos emocionados de presentar el 10º discurso anual sobre el estado de la comunidad latina (SOLCA): ¡El poder de pertenecer, cambiar mentalidades y transformar comunidades! El discurso sobre el estado de la comunidad latina es la conversación anual más grande del año que Los Cien cordina. Más de 550 personas se reúnen en la Universidad Estatal de Sonoma para escuchar a expertos en la materia y oradores principales que profundizan en los problemas locales y cómo impactan a la comunidad latinx. ¡Este año nos estamos sumergiendo profundamente en el poder de pertenecer, cambiando mentalidades y transformando comunidades! Únase a nosotros y sea parte del cambio necesario para hacer avanzar al condado de Sonoma.
