2023 Association of Substance Abuse Programs Wage and Benefit Survey

ASAP sponsored the first of its kind statewide wage and benefit survey for Texas substance use disorder service providers and is pleased to announce the results are now available for purchase. The survey was conducted by Werling & Associates and includes  a thorough analysis of job-specific compensation data and benefits. These components provide agencies with the tools necessary to make reliable and equitable financial decisions. 

ASAP plans to conduct this survey every 2 years. The survey was distributed in the early Spring to all licensed treatment providers and state-funded prevention and recovery support service providers  in Texas. If you were not able to complete the 2023 survey, we encourage you to participate in upcoming surveys. The more participation the more robust the results will be.
