All online registration forms must be accompanied by payment to hold your space or we cannot honor it. All reservations must be accompanied by a two night room deposit. No refunds of registration fees will be made after Friday, November 17th, 2023. If hotel reservations are cancelled after Friday, November 17th, 2023, the registrant will be responsible for all room charges including tax. All hotel related charges will be billed to the registrant upon cancellation.

Negotiated room rates three days prior to and three days after UCA’s convention (subject to availability).

All rooms are subject to state, local & room taxes. Porterage and housekeeping fees will be added at check-out.

Bed preferences are not guaranteed.

Once you've completed the online registration, please send a copy of your flight itinerary to UCA Staff! It's also important to alert staff with any dietary restrictions and/or allergies in advance.
