3. Presentation of Uzbekistan's potential as an IT, BPO, and KPO outsourcing hub, which: a) provides the best tax conditions and b) offers a young and well-educated workforce.
4. Establishment of partnerships with the most prominent US IT companies to encourage them to open official representative offices in Uzbekistan.    
5. Promotion of English language education among youth.
6. Collaboration with American universities on funding to allow more Uzbek students to study in the U.S.
