In this three-week series, we will offer a sonic invocation to our cellular matrix, singing into aliveness our relationship with a greater flow of nourishment.  Starting at our root and working up towards our crown, we will awaken our inner life force. This engagement, this inclusive consciousness, will allow for the creative emergence of qualities such as empathy, compassion, relatedness, and love.
