Keynote Topic
I Said This You Heard That Temperaments Workshop

Did you know that your temperament affects what you say, how you listen, and how others hear you? Understanding the temperament framework will change the way you look at and speak to others.

Learning Objectives
- A history and overview of the four temperaments
The strengths and weaknesses of each temperament
How temperament affects what you say and what you hear
Tips for helping team members collaborate instead of collide

Please Note
Attendees are expected to complete an online digital assessment before the event in order to determine their temperament/color. The assessment link will be distributed via email one week in advance of the event and will take about 10-15 minutes. Upon completion, a confidential temperament/color report will be sent via email. The report will provide an advanced understanding of your personal temperament/color and will result in a more meaningful and productive workshop for everyone.
