Join us as we demonstrate, participate, learn and sample the many varieties of preservation methods for our absolute favorite summer crop - TOMATOES!! 

From water-bath canning (don't be afraid!!) to dehydrating to freezing, we've got a load of information to help you enjoy the sweet flavors of summer all winter long...

Recipes and cooking information provided, while we love kids to learn, please no children under 10 years old, as we will be working with knives, hot plates, boiling pots of water, and heavy equipment.
