74th Annual MFSIA Conference Vendor Registration 

4thDear Vendor:

You are invited to exhibit your products during the 74th MFSIA Annual Instructors Conference.  

The conference will be held at the Park Place Hotel in Traverse City, MI, November 30th thru December 2, 2023

This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your product to over 200 instructors from Michigan for this year’s conference. This year the Vender cost will be $350.00 this will include table space for 1 company representative and their meals for the conference and an Associate membership to the MFSIA organization.

Any other representitves please check the added pesonal on the registration and pay to cover costs for their meals.

The membership gives you liability insurance through the association, to cover the hotel insurance policy. 

Booth set up time will be on Wednesday the29th. from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Vendor booths will be open to attendees from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Thursday the 30th, Friday the 1st,& Saturday the 2nd. Take down will be Saturday night..

There is no Dinner this conference due to costs.

If your company would like to sponsor the Hositality Room or Conference room or Lunch Line for the conference and be on our web site, the cost is $250.00. All we need is a logo in jpg. 

Please check it off on the registration and your company name will be posted in the room or on the Lunch line.
