Chevron On Trial: The Supreme Court and the Future of Agency Authority and Expertise

Join us on Friday, October 20, 2023, for a full-day symposium on the Future of Chevron Deference, co-hosted by the C. Boyden Gray Center for the Study of the Administrative State and the George Mason Law Review. The symposium will feature a keynote address and a series of panel discussions on the Future of Chevron Defense.
