Economic Development Partnership of Alabama (EDPA)

Come join us for networking and get an overview of EDPA's role in Alabama's economic development. The presentations will include topics like on EDPA’s work to support business attraction, innovation and entrepreneurship in Alabama; and EDPA’s talent retention and attraction initiatives 

 After EDPA there will be an opportunity to continue the socializing at Good People Brewing Company across the street from EDPA.

Presentations will start at 6:00 p.m.

EDPA Presenters: 

EDPA is a private, non-profit organization supported by more than 60 Corporate Partners. EDPA is governed by a board of directors comprised of the state’s top business leaders committed to the economic growth of Alabama. They are a team of Alabama Executives supporting workforce development, emerging businesses and community development initiatives.

The Young Professionals group is under the AlabamaGermany Partnership umbrella. Its members are interns, co-op or employees of either an Alabama-Germany company or institution. The age requirement is 17 to 39. This also includes college students, grad students studying German language, international business, science and engineering. The group will promote international education, individual career development and promotion of Alabama-German companies and workforce development. Learn more about the group here.
