Join us September 21, 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for a Lunch & Learn presented by Holly Williams. Founder of Williams Law Firm PC in 2003, Holly is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Labor and Employment Law.  She is a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and a former President of the Midland County Bar Association.  She is a former President of the Permian Basin Society for Human Resource Management (PBSHRM).  Holly has served on the boards of numerous local non-profit organizations.

Nonprofits rely on employees, independent contractors, volunteers, and interns to carry out their charitable purposes.  Holly will discuss the differences in these types of classifications.  In the presentation you will learn about employment laws affecting nonprofits, including classifying workers, exempt employees, salary and wages, flex time, and more.
