The Essentials of Earning Trust

Main Program:

There’s nothing better than meeting with colleagues or clients in person. Humans are built for face-to-face interaction, and it’s much easier and faster to build trust when you are physically together. But the business environment has changed… and we now need effective communication skills in person AND on-camera. It will be a hybrid work environment going forward, and mastering these skills is no longer an option.

Communication expert and coach, David Goad, will reveal the keys to building trust in virtual presentations and conversations. He will share real world examples and practical tips for how you can exhibit powerful presence and have more successful client engagements wherever you do business.

You will learn:

  • An impactful way to start every meeting
  • The importance of consistency and cues for your audience
  • How to read a room, even when there is no room
  • The keys to stimulating engagement and questions
Breakfast options:
  • At home before you join us.
  • Coffee or other beverages at the cafeteria (on your own)
  • Full breakfast including beverages and successive visits to the cafeteria... for $11.41 (on your own).
If you choose to have your coffee/ breakfast there, please arrive a few minutes earlier. You *can* bring your beverages/ food into the meeting room.
