ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT:
Dress modestly to support the sacred environment of the meditation hall.
Have the following items with you:
- Journal and pen
- Meditation asana
- Shawl
- Support for sitting, such as a cushion or blanket
- Small bottle of water
PARKING/TRANSPORTATION:
Parking is available on the roof of the center. Please arrive early to make sure there is space for your car.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel prior to the beginning of the event, your payment minus a 10% cancellation fee will be refunded. If you cancel after the event has begun, the registration fee will not be refunded.
