Program Preview

Since 2016 Developing Global Leaders has engaged over 300 female leaders from a variety of organisations in our Women in Leadership journeys.

The program is designed

To support organisations to strengthen their female pipeline for future senior leadership roles, and
To advance participants' careers by equipping them with tools, knowledge and future-proof leadership skills.

This free 45-minute session gives an overview of our Women in Leadership programs, including a sneak peek at some of the exercises and activities from the program.

Session content

Learn what are the most important areas where female talent may need support
Understand how these areas can be developed faster through the DGL Asia Women in Leadership programs

Target audience

Anyone who is interested to develop themselves and/or support female talent to advance in their career.

Delivery Platform: Zoom - you will receive the link after registration, nearer to the date of the session.

Webinar Duration: 45 minutes.

The session will be run by Dr. Zsuzsanna Tungli, Managing Partner of Developing Global Leaders Asia, author of 'The Culture Key' and upcoming 'The Roadmap to Gender Equality in Organisations' and main faciliator of the Women in Leadership Programs.
