Learn how hiring managers are attracting top candidates and enhancing retention efforts amid a complicated employment landscape.

In their presentation, Jerome and Donna will:

  • Highlight national and local hiring trends and how those impact both employers and job seekers.
  • Asses where salaries are headed, identify the hottest jobs in finance and accounting, and what skills are in demand.
  • Discuss the latest trends in flexible work, and benefits and perks.
