Lafayette Blue Advantage Workshop
This registration is for our December 6 Blue Advantage Network workshop at the Home 2 Suites in Lafayette. To register for a different location or session, please refer back to your invitation.
Our Blue Advantage workshop will be held from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Our Blue Advantage Workshop will be held from 9 A.M.-1 P.M. Upon completion of the primary presentation, there will be a short break. All Primary Care Providers will be asked to stay for a presentation that focuses on the services they provide to our Blue Advantage members.
