Communication in a Diverse Workplace

Please join the WTS Greater Chicago Chapter Professional Development Committee for a panel event focused on communication. The panel will feature a diverse group of women in transportation, spanning multiple generations, racial/ethnic groups, and roles within the industry. Topics covered will include leading diverse teams, differences in communication style across generations (or personality types), inclusivity in meetings, navigating being the “only one” in a setting, etc.

Drinks and snacks will be provided before and after the panel discussion.
