Girls Inc. of the Seacoast Area, a program of the Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center, is hosting a community based program for participants ages 9-11 on Mondays from November 6th - December 18th. Please note, NO program, Monday, November 27th. Come learn how to navigate the stress of the holiday seasons and school with helpful tips and tricks to alleviate any stress and worry.  Sleigh the holiday season with a new toolbox filled with fun coping activities and stress busting tools, all to ring in the new year to a strong, smart, bold view! Come learn about how stress is connected to: healthy vs. unhealthy, food, personal hygiene, art, and more!

Space:15 spots - waitlist will be added.

Online payments- You will receive a link to our secure payment page in your registration confirmation email. 
Check payments- All checks should be made payable to the Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center. You may mail in your check to the Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center at 2 Harris St. Newburyport, MA 01950. Please email Bryar Loftfield at bloftfield@girlsincseacoast.org with your participants name in the memo line to notify us that your check is in the mail. 
Program payment is due by October 23rd, 2023.
