KEYNOTE SPEAKER: Dr. Iasais Mercado, President & Lead Trainer at Envision Leadership Group
In today’s dynamic and fast-paced world, fostering a healthy workplace culture is not just a luxury; it’s a necessity. However, there may be individuals who threaten to undermine organizations, whether intentionally or unintentionally, and must be confronted. The culture within an organization shapes its success, productivity, and the overall well-being of its employees.
This year's keynote address with Dr. Isaias Mercado is ready to train that organizational culture champion muscle! Dr. Mercado will address and explore the detrimental impact of “culture vultures” who compromise individual and organizational performance. Participants will learn to recognize the subtle signs of negativity and toxicity in the workplace and walk away with proven strategies to confront those who compromise organizational health. A special emphasis will be placed on the steps to creating a high trust, positive and engaging workplace environment through a holistic employee engagement lens.
