2023 Annual Meeting Sponsorship Opportunity 

The Ohio District 5 Area Agency on Aging, Inc. 2023 Annual Meeting will showcase our accomplishments and highlights of the year. Proceeds will help fund the Area Agency on Aging Scholarship Program. Since 2005, over $109,000 has been awarded to students pursuing a higher level of education that will benefit the aging network and aging population. We are grateful for your continued support of the Scholarship Program through your sponsorship of the Annual Meeting.

The deadline to submit your sponsorship is November 27th.

The 2023 Annual Meeting will take place on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at 12:00 PM. Lunch will be served at 11:30

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. 

You may choose "pay by guest" to enter your credit card number if you select the PayPal option (you will not have to set up an account). 

Checks are also accepted. If you pay by check, mail it to 2131 Park Avenue West, Ontario, OH 44906, ATTN: Elise Rowe.  

Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze sponsors must submit appropriate sized ads for the program booklet to Elise Rowe (erowe@aaa5ohio.org). The deadline to submit your ad/logo will be November 27th. If submitted at a later date we cannot promise the full benefits requiring an ad/logo. Please take this deadline seriously. We care deeply about your support and want to be able to provide all benefits deserved.

What we need from you: 

Please view the sizes needed for your ad, as well as other things needed, if you are choosing the Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze Sponsorship: 

Platinum Sponsorship: 

-Please send your logo (Good/High-quality logo). The Preferred format is PNG with a transparent background. If you do not have this, please send what you have, and we will work together from there.   

-Send Full Page Ad (8.5 x 10.25 inches/2695 x 3250 px) (Vertical) in JPG or PNG format. Do not place text/anything important less than 0.25" from the trim. 

-Send your Facebook handle, website URL, and FB ad (940 x 788 px) in JPG or PNG format.   

Gold Sponsorship:  

-Please send your logo (Good/High-quality logo). The preferred format is PNG with a transparent background. If you do not have this, please send what you have, and we will work together from there. 

-Send Half Page Ad (8.5 x 5.5 in/ 3250 x 2103 px) (Horizontal) in JPG or PNG format. Do not place text/anything important less than 0.25" from the trim. 

-Send your Facebook handle and website URL. 

Silver Sponsorship: 

-Please send your logo (Good/High-quality logo). Preferred format is PNG with a transparent background. If you do not have this, please send what you have, and we will work together from there. 

-Send Half Page Ad (8.5 x 5.5 inches/ 3250 x 2103 px) (Horizontal) in JPG or PNG format. Do not place text/anything important less than 0.25" from the trim. 

-Send your Facebook handle and website URL. 

Bronze Sponsorship:  

-Send Quarter Page Ad (3.75 x 4.50 inches/1828 x 2194 px) (Vertical) in JPG or PNG format.

Copper Sponsorship:  

-Please send your logo (Good/High-quality logo). The Preferred format is PNG with a transparent background. If you do not have this, please send what you have, and we will work together from there.

Only awardees, board members, and platinum sponsors will have assigned tables.
