Sometimes hitting in a cage can become very monotonous. That's why Erik Lis, former Minnesota Twins AAA 1st Baseman, developed #SWAGG. Players will learn various hitting drills and approach techniques that Coach Lis has developed from drills he used during his professional career that focus on strengthening your most essential hitting muscles as well as developing a more efficient swing.

DATES: Classes will be offered Once per week at the QUARRY Fieldhouse in Romeoville

AGES: 10U-14U (7 SESSIONS)

10U-14U-Fridays 6:00-7:00PM

Program runs for 7 weeks starting November 10th and ends December 22nd

AGES: 15U-18U (7 SESSIONS)

15U-18U -Fridays 7:00-8:00PM

Program runs for 7 weeks starting November 10th and ends December 22nd

*Half Program registrants can attend any 4 sessions of their choosing.

*Please note there are no refunds or cancellations policies if an athlete cannot make all sessions that they signed up for. Registration will be limited so that all athletes can receive the maximum benefit from the clinic.
