2024 Local Chapter Dues for Affiliate Members

Businesses that provide products and services to the residential property management industry are eligible to join the Sacramento Area Chapter of National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) as Affiliate Members. Property managers need to join as Professional members.
You are not required to join the national NARPM organization to become an Affiliate member of a local chapter. However, if your company operates nationally, you should consider that option. Visit www.narpm.org for more information.
The local chapter Affiliate membership entitles all company employees to benefit from discounts to attend chapter programs, including business networking events. Over the course of the year, the savings should far exceed the cost of membership.
The dues cover the membership period from January 1 to December 31, 2024.
If you are a renewing member, the cost is $395 regardless of when you renew, so please pay your dues now to take full advantage of your membership, including discounts to events. Non-member rates will apply for current Affiliate members who do not renew by January 31, 2024 and your company name will be removed from the membership directory.
For new members only: If you join after June 30, 2024, you will receive a $100 discount and pay only $295 for Affiliate membership dues.
