You can order the new USPAP Publication & the Reference Manual at the Appraisal Foundation Store.
The link can be found in the confirmation email and in the class announcement.
The new Student Manual will be supplied by AASC and sent to you before class.
This is the best USPAP class ever. There is information that will really be of value to you, that you can use.
There is a lot of student interaction through breakout rooms.
The students have taken it have told me it wasn't boring.
You MUST be able to be seen for the entire class to get credit. This class cannot be take by phone only, but a phone may be used for camera purposes.
Refund Policy for AASAC Classes: Full refund 5 days prior to class if email notice sent to joannaconde@aol.com. 4 Days and after, credit will be applied to another class. No shows on Day of Class with no notice - No refund and payment not applied to another class.
