Kimberly Winsor is a Registered Polarity Therapist and Licensed Massage Therapist. She is an experienced bodyworker and herbalist of 22 years. After graduating from the NM Academy of Healing Arts in 2002 with a Dual Certification in Massage and Polarity Therapies, training in Chinese and Ayurvedic Nutrition and movement therapies she has enjoyed maintaining a private practice embracing people, animals and the environment. The offering of this material is the culmination of over a decade studying with Jerry Becker of Healing Touch Wisconsin, 2 decades of managing her own bounderies while mindfully touching bodies, a decade working with Marcus Daniels and his Authentic Feeling and the Healing Process workships, and a prayerful collaboration with higher teachers and guides.

"Sanctity of the Vessel" is a class series that offers various techniques, practices and clearings, ~ anything~ that clears the way for our soul to work cleanly and clearly through this created form we call our bodies. Refining flow and connection of intent from our high self as pure & potent rivers navigating challenges we've picked up along the way. These classes will feel more like circles than classes.
With emphasis on density and form, this will be something that you* will integrate into your routine. An investment to slow down and feel into new ways to experience life. Each of the classes will enhance grounding of the soul to body, and will allow the soul to “operate the vehicle” more smoothly, through this body into a more elegant version of what our timeless soul would have us be. I look forward to sharing these select modalities, meditations and healings which will empower us, and make our job of living & serving easier in this busy, chaotic & sometimes overwhelming age.

What are the two great conductors of any type of energy? Water and metals! And guess what our bodies depend on for alkaline, positively charged clear and smooth functioning?! Minerals in a healthy ratio for nervous system balance and the ability to dump dead, spent ( like 'static') electricity. The 'in' and the 'out' should be clear and well paved! Numerous health challenges can dissolve when we get our minerals right. Some topics covered will be: What is an alkaline reserve capacity? What are ORMUS minerals? What are the best ones to get? and ... how do I know which ones I need?
