Don't know who the Southwest Housing Providers Group are?

Well let me tell you! Southwest Housing Providers Group (SWHP). Is a non-profit organization that is part of the Neighborhood Building Owners Alliance NBOA. We are an NBOA affiliate.

We create networking events to educate all types of Housing providers with specific subjects to aid them with their journey. These topics are everything from evictions, laws, taxes, loans and so much more. We are looking for members as part of our organization. In order for us to stick around and provide these events filled with tons of knowledge. We need support with membership. We know you will see our value at our events. By providing subject events with packloads of knowledge and by Networking with other like minded individuals.

Haven’t heard of the NBOA! No problem.

The NBOA serves the members of its eleven community building owner affiliates. (We are one of those!) Like those affiliates, the NBOA is a forum for information, professional development and networking.

In addition, the NBOA advocates on behalf of small and mid-sized housing providers. Its team of professionals works to tell the story of neighborhood housing in the media, and to lobby public officials to ensure housing providers are part of housing policy.
