Description of Registration Options:

- All Technical Presentation registration categories, including speakers, have access to all three days of technical presentations, the tabletops lunch event, banquet, and all hospitality suite social functions.  Individuals registered for the technical presentation program may also choose to attend one or both days of the Advanced Coatings Topics short course at no additional charge.  We ask those planning to attend the Advanced Coatings Topics short course to add the materials, free of charge, in the registration items list so that we can ensure sufficient copies are made.

- SSCT Member and Non-Member Coatings 101 Intro to Coatings registrations include access to the Coatings 101 short course, the tabletops lunch event, banquet, and all hospitality suite social functions.

- Spouse registrations do not include access to the Technical Presentations, the tabletops lunch event, or the short courses.  This category has been added for late additions of spouses and guests wishing to partipate in the hospitality suite social functions.  A seat/meal at the banquet and/or other activities can be purchased for the spouse/guest in the additional items section.  A separate spouse/guest registration is not required if they have already been included as an addition to a conference/short course registration.

Explanation of Payment Options and Refund Policy

- PayPal checkout offers a convenient and flexible payment option for online shoppers. Contrary to common misconception, it does not necessarily require users to have a PayPal account. PayPal Checkout provides the option for customers to pay with their credit or debit cards directly, even if they don't have or don't want to use a PayPal account.

- We are pleased to offer full refunds for conference registrations up until February 1st. However, after this date, due to our contractual obligations and financial commitments, we will be unable to provide refunds. We encourage you to finalize your plans and make any necessary changes before February 1st to take advantage of our refund policy.
