March 20, 2024: The Forum will begin with SAA's highly-regarded Investment Workshop of case study sessions, where attendees collaborate and develop strategies that address situations based on SAA's experiences in working with insurance clients. Attendees will review different investment approaches from the Board and senior management perspectives.

The "Investment Seminar for Gov't Risk Pools" will take place after lunch, where the most important investment issues facing pools are explored and discussed in detail. SAA has invited Dubravka Romano, Principal, Romano Strategy Advisors, to draw from her vast experience in pooling to reflect on today's environment, and help SAA set the stage for its case study format.

March 21, 2024: Thursday will have a full agenda reviewing the key issues facing insurer investments today and in the future. Strategic Asset Alliance will set the stage for the day's speakers, as well as provide its view on the current state of Artificial Intelligence for insurer investments.

Experts from Insight Investment, New England Asset Management, and SLC Management will review the current interest rate and yield environment from various perspectives, including where/how insurers and risk pools my find opportunity in navigating the (expected) landscape.

After returning from lunch, SAA will then lead the Inaugural Insurer Investment Forum Lightning Round. SAA will invite several experts to the stage to share opinions, stories, and predictions in a fast-paced addition to the conference. In trios, invited participants will be tasked with answering as many questions as possible within the allotted time limit.

The conference will then close with the return of our "Ask the Experts" panel, followed by closing remarks by SAA to review the many key takeaways from the Forum, as well as what may come next.

And, of course, we will award our annual Market Vision Cup to the attendee who does the best job of forecasting both the S&P 500 and the 10 Year US Treasury yield.
