The theme for the 2024 National March for Life is "With every woman, for every child." Our local event will  be echoing that same message. To see more information about the 2024 March for Life, click here.

You're invited to join us for the 2024 Summit County March for Life!

Show Summit County you love life, family and community!

The event's tentative schedule is as follows:

  • Meet at Community Vineyard Church at 9:00 AM.  Parking is available in the church's parking lot; please be respectful and don't park in any business's lots. If the church's lot is full, please ultilize the nearby street parking.
  • Participate in a short time of prayer and inspiration before we begin the march.  To view the march route, click here.
  • March from the church south on State Road to pass the Northeast Ohio Women's Center abortion facility, and then return to the church.
  • Join march participants at Community Vineyard Church for fellowship and refreshments at approximately 10:30 AM. The church has graciously offered to provide hot drinks and cookies for all attendees!

 Please note:

  • All times are approximate. More details will be given closer to the event.
  • We encourage you to design a sign! This year's theme is "With every woman, for every child." so let that be your inspiration. Since we want to show the joy of life, please refrain from bringing signs with graphic images or harsh messages. For a list of sign ideas, click here! If you are unable to bring your own sign, we will be bringing a limited number of signs for use the day of the event.
  • If the weather is bad and blocks the sidewalks for the actual march, we will pivot to a slightly longer service in the church.
  • Please click on the link below to register so that we have an approximate idea of how many to expect.
  • For other march for life events, visit our website at, click on the events tab, then click on "more events."

This coming year will mark the 51st year since abortion was legalized in all 50 states by the Supreme Court's decision in Roe v. Wade. Since that day, 66 million innocent children have been brutally killed and countless mothers have been left forever hurt and changed by abortion. With Issue 1 passing, we need more than ever before to reignite a love for parenthood and family, and community. We march because we are a community building a culture of life together. We are here to show support and love to the women who need it the most. We can end abortion by being the community and support system these women and families desperately need.
