The Three R's of Volunteer Management 

 

In partnership with the Center for Nonprofit Excellence, the Community Foundation is continuing its Nonprofit Workshop Series with the first offering in 2024:  "The Three R's of Volunteer Management." Please plan to join us on Wednesday, February 28th, for this informative program presented by Cindy Frederick, CNE Trainer and Senior Associate Vice President of the Office of Engagement at the University of Virginia.    

Most nonprofits rely on volunteers to support their mission and deliver their services. Nonprofit programs truly flourish when volunteers are utilized strategically. This workshop will help you unlock the full potential of your organization by unleashing the power of strategic volunteer engagement. Dive into the art of Volunteer Recruitment, Retention, and Recognition to elevate your nonprofit programs where volunteers play a vital role in delivering impactful services.  

The fee for attending the workshop is $45.  It can be paid online by credit card at the time of registration, or it can be paid by check.

Checks should be made payable to the Community Foundation of the Central Blue Ridge and can be mailed in advance of the event to: Lora Hamp, Community Foundation of the Central Blue Ridge, P.O. Box 815, Staunton, VA 24402. Please write "registration fee for Volunteer Management workshop" on the memo line of the check.

Payments by check may also be made at the door on the day of the event; however, please note that we will NOT be able to accept credit card payments at the event.
