Kate Baker, Research Director at the MetroWest Health Foundation, will share findings from the 2023 MetroWest Community Health Assessment (CHA). The report provides updated health and demographic data to inform the work of local government and community health and social service programs in the 25 MetroWest communities. The 2023 CHA builds on similar assessments done in 2013, 2016, and 2019. Join us to ask questions and meet other agencies that wish to work collaboratively towards addressing these health issues.
