For-Profit, small business owners, and entrepreneurs located in the Southeast Massachusetts Region (SE MA), are eligible to meet one-time, one-on-one for a 30-minute pro-bono session, via Zoom, with Christopher Cassara Esq., of Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP (PSH).  Topics to be discussed include general legal questions such as corporate structure, leases, contracts, insurance, franchising, and various other business-related issues, Human Resources related issues will not be addressed.

To determine if you are located in the Southeast Massachusetts Region please go to this link to locate your city or town https://www.msbdc.org/alphabytown.html.  If you are a for-profit business and located in SE MA, please continue with this registration.  If you are in another region, please click on the Regional Office link next to your city or town to request advising services.  They will be better suited to provide resources in your area.

As a courtesy to Atty. Cassara, who is volunteering his time, please call Anne at 413-687-1561 at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend or if you have any questions.

All services are provided by PSH which is not acting as an agent or representative of the Massachusetts Small Business Development Center Network (MSBDC).  By meeting with PSH you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the MSBDC from any and all claims and liability arising from your session with PSH.  Participants will receive a general disclaimer statement prior to their meeting.
