For-Profit, small business owners, and entrepreneurs located in the Southeast Massachusetts Region (SE MA), are eligible to meet one-time, one-on-one for a 30-minute pro-bono session, via Zoom, with Christopher Cassara Esq., of Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP (PSH). Topics to be discussed include general legal questions such as corporate structure, leases, contracts, insurance, franchising, and various other business-related issues, Human Resources related issues will not be addressed.

As a courtesy to Atty. Cassara, who is volunteering his time, please call Anne at 413-687-1561 at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend or if you have any questions.
All services are provided by PSH which is not acting as an agent or representative of the Massachusetts Small Business Development Center Network (MSBDC).
