Please join us for an afternoon of connection and fun in warm water... presence, exploration of breath and movement, floating each other, playing like dolphins... WATSU®, Ai Chi, Ecstatic Dance, and Contact Improvisation in water.

Additional Info/Logistics

• Please meet at Sunrise Center at 12:30pm. We will transport you to the pool.
• Please bring everything you need for the afternoon, including towel, swimsuit, water bottle (unbreakable), snacks if you want.
• Dolphin Play begins in the pool at 1 pm and ends at 5 pm.
• Please shower before arriving, washing off all body products and scents.
• We will transport you back to Sunrise Center by about 5:30 pm.
• Please do not participate if you have been exposed or have symptoms of any contagious disease (COVID, flu, cold…).
