Attendee Profile:  for Internal Auditors, Inspectors, Consultants, Farm Assurers and designated persons responsible for verifying the GLOBALG.A.P. System;  especially for those responsible for Quality Management Systems (QMS) for  multiple farms.

Descriptions & Agenda:
Day 1: July 17th Thursday 8:30-5pm
Internal Auditor/Internal Inspection Training:   Learn about Auditing/Inspecting farms in your group. Or, for Option 1 farm professional, learn how to do a "self-assessment" of your operation (required of all GLOBALG.A.P. certified companies).   
We will discuss the process of auditing/inspecting, and how to communicate findings to management. The training will also teach how to implement corrective actions and to develop the preventative measures needed to eliminate a reoccurrence.
• Auditable items (overview of Control Points and highlights)
• Audit Procedure – ISO 19011
• Exercises – key elements, process flow
• Qualification of auditors, roles and responsibilities
• Audit challenges, tools, preparation, schedules, scope examples
• Audit types and techniques - planning, methods, execution, opening/exit meetings
• Audit report and follow-up activities, findings, corrective actions, root cause analysis
• Audit scenarios - Internal inspections

Day Two: July 18th Friday 8:30-5
QMS Training for Option 1 Multisite and Option 2 is primarily for those managing QMS audits for producer groups, but others will benefit from attending as well.   Learn how to develop your plan: the organizational structure, policies, procedures, processes and resources needed to implement a quality management system.
