We have learned the path to success is possible when a person has hope and confidence in his own identity and skills. We have learned success is earned, and earning your success, no matter how small the accomplishment, is the key to happiness.
Blue Jacket allows any person with any barrier to employment the ability to regain trust from employers and confidence through our rigorous 4-week Career Academy. It is a simulated workplace environment focused on the enhancement of soft skills and rediscovering a person's worth.
Unfortunately, there are more than 150 motivated people per year who do not have funding to participate in the Career Academy. We need your help! Will you partially or fully sponsor a person to attend our training? Not only will your money go directly to a human being wanting to earn a second chance at employment, but you will have the opportunity to see the progress and even meet the person.
The next class begins August 25th! Help us reach our goal to raise $9,000 to start a class of at least 20 students!
