WITH CHEF & GOLD MEDAL WINNING AUTHER LEE CLAYTON ROPER
From your garden to your table, chef Lee Clayton Roper will demonstrate how to incorporate fresh-picked herbs & vegetables along with our extra-virgin olive oils and barrel aged Italian balsamics into everyday cooking applications.
Samples of her preparations will be served throughout the night and include Tomato & Peach Salad, Minted Green Beans with Feta & Walnuts, Lemon Rosemary Halibut en Papillote, and Caramelized Pears over Ice-Cream. Wine and beverages will also be provided.
