Kindfulness: Where Wisdom and Compassion Meet

The Buddha said that wisdom and compassion are both essential to awakening. They are the wings upon which our spiritual practice takes off and soars. On this daylong retreat, we will explore where they meet in our capacity to engage and respond to what is arising in our daily life and in all pervasive awareness. 

Suitable for beginning and experienced meditators. Please bring a bag lunch for yourself and something to share with Amma. Kindly come fragrance free out of compassion for those with chemical sensitivities.

To reserve your place, a registration payment is required in advance.  The suggested amount of $25 is the minimum ICD needs to pay its bills, with no one turned away for lack of funds.  If you are currently in financial hardship, you're welcome to pay what you can, and if you can afford to offer more than the suggested amount, it will help those who are unable to pay the full amount.  We hope that the generosity of the community will ensure that everyone has access to the dharma regardless of means.
