Mar. 15th Cooking Demo: Nutrition from the Ground Up

March is National Nutrition Month. The focus of this cooking demo is root veggie season and the fiber found in seasonal root veggies, fruits, whole grains and beans. This month's session will also have a special guest - Bon Appetit Director of Nutiriton, Terri Brownlee, here to answer your questions as Chef Gibson prepares the treats!
