Pro Bono Training: Simple Estate Planning for Low-Income Seniors

The training will cover drafting simple wills, advance medical directives, financial statutory Powers of Attorney, and ethical considerations. Attendees must agree to assist 2 Senior Legal Services clients within 1 year of the training. Attorneys accepting pro bono cases will receive malpractice insurance, mentoring, and conference room use.
