Two Kinds of Salsa

Using local, seasonal produce, we’ll being prepping to preserve it in jars. The class will be broken into small groups, working together on individual recipes. We’ll do a step up from the basic recipes of last session, again focusing on what’s available: tomatoes and peaches.
