The 20 Mile March to a Successful Florida Standards Implementation

This session will demonstrate a plan used to roll out the FL Standards. The model is based on the principles of Jim Collins book Great by Choice which include the "20 Mile March" to success with mile markers for successful implementation, developing goals and non-negotiables while being consistent and staying the course.
