A Trembling Nest: Risk, Primary Prevention, and Pathways of Intervention in the Wake of Disaster

Drs. Phyllis Cohen, & K. Mark Sossin, will discuss intergenerational transmission of trauma, risk factors, strength-based assessment, use of video in prevention & intervention, and training toward a more effective model of intervention. There will be break-out sessions on: broad range intervention in disasters and children's traumatic play themes.
