Homemade Pasta 101

In this fun hands-on class we’ll make homemade pasta - the old fashioned way, with an Atlas pasta machine, semolina flour, eggs and oil. It’s great fun to make pasta with friends, so bring one or two along or meet new friends as we roll out the dough together. We’ll experiment with fettucini, angel hair and hand cut raviolis, a pesto & sauces.
