Baking with Sourdough: Bread, English Muffins & Scones

Expect an evening of great aromas and amazing tastes as seasoned bread baker, Gil DaPonte teaches us to use a sourdough starter and no-knead technique to make traditional loaves of bread baked in a Dutch Oven, english muffins that are finished off in a skillet and out of this world baked scones. Everyone will go home with a starter of their own!
