Respect Yourself/Protect Yourself

This conference is designed to empower young females to take care of themselves, both physically and emotionally. There will presentations on boundary setting, medial influences, women’s health, self defense. The day will end with a yoga session, and each participant will take home a water bottle, sports towel and yoga mat.
