Joyce Palmer, the new Refuge Manager at the Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge will update members on the current status of Three Sisters Springs and will share her vision for the future of the Crystal River NWR Complex. There will also be an update on the upcoming Friends events for 2016-2017 by President, Tom Gotterup
