Chef Rachel Davies, a Cordon Bleu graduate in Cuisine and Patisserie, worked at the prestigious Galvin Luxe restaurant in Baker Street and Lanka Patisserie in Primrose Hill before founding her cookery school, Rachel’s Kitchen in 2010 to share her passion for great food using quality ingredients.
