A cooking demonstration with Aneesh Popat of The Chocolatier: Chocolate mince pies

Aneesh claims that “if everything in the world was made of chocolate, I’d have eaten it by now”, so consumed is he by chocolate. Though self-taught, he has travelled the world to work alongside Master Chocolatiers. He aims to maximise the flavour experience of quality chocolate, showing how it can be indulgent without compromising on health.
